MWAthleticare is a performance-led sports rehabilitation and strength and conditioning platform designed for athletes who want more from their training, recovery, and careers.

This is a platform that supports athletes, shares knowledge, and fosters meaningful connections within the professional sporting world. It reflects my journey as a player, a coach, and a future physiotherapist.

About Me

Working with our nation’s best players and coaches to curate a training system for our most elite athletes to continue to progress in-season whilst balancing life, work and studies.

I guide athletes from injury to reaching new heights in their performance.

My long-term mission is to use my knowledge of sports performance to raise the standard of volleyball in the UK, from the grassroots level to how we perform on the world stage.


I’ve worked across NHS services, supported multiple sports clubs and academies, working 1-on-1 with +200 athletes worldwide whilst completing my MSc in Physiotherapy.

In less than 3 years, I built the physicality required to go from self-taught in local league to training alongside our best players and making my Super League debut.

1. A Life in Sport

I grew up playing as many sports as I could, baseball, tennis, football, rugby, basketball, I even tried to start up a volleyball club. As a kid, sport was where I felt most at home.

2. Unavoidable Injury

At 13 I was diagnosed with an osteopathy affecting the growth plates in my legs and was told to avoid all things painful, even walking to school, and to wait until I was “fully grown.”

3. Return & Re-Injury

After 4 YEARS away from team sport, I was finally cleared to play again at 17 — but my body wasn’t prepared at all. Injury after injury followed, no matter the sport, and I couldn’t get through half a season without ending back where I started.

4. Answers

I had finally had enough of cycling through endless physio and doctors appointments just to be told to rest, stretch and wait. I thought “ if they don’t have the answer’s I’ll fix this myself”.

5. Do It Myself

I pursued sports rehab at uni graduating top of my class, started work full-time in the NHS and founded MWA offering my services to clubs, academies and gyms. Finally, I began rebuilding myself as an athlete.

I’ve spent the last 10 years seeking out the knowledge and skills to rebuild myself as an athlete and give myself the opportunity to train as hard I can to make it to the top level. Now, I take everything I have learnt and help athletes train hard, stay resilient, and perform sustainably.

Where Injury Care Meets Performance

I provide fully qualified injury assessment, diagnosis, and treatment and management of injuries through structured online consultations, with experience across the NHS and private sport settings. As a trained telehealth practitioner, my approach is direct and evidence-led, focused on patient education, progressive loading, and restoring quality of movement.

Where appropriate, this includes video-based biomechanical assessment and game-film review to support long-term health, injury prevention, and performance.

Every plan is grounded in sports performance science and current medical literature, with the aim of helping you return to training stronger and progress toward being fully independent and confident in managing your own performance training.

Initial Consultation
£35.00

Book your ONLINE consultation call and take the first step toward a structured injury assessment and performance-focused rehabilitation plan. This online consultation includes a full clinical history, movement and load review, and an initial plan designed to support safe return to training and long-term performance.

Follow-Up
£20.00

Pay-as-you-go follow-ups are 20-30 min online rehab reviews for athletes who want occasional guidance without committing to monthly support. These sessions are used to reassess symptoms, review movement or exercise videos, and adjust your rehab plan as needed. They’re ideal if you prefer flexible, one-off check-ins.

Progression Pack Add-On

Progression Pack adds structured monthly feedback to your existing program. You’ll complete a short check-in and receive focused guidance on load progression, volume management, and overall training direction via text or call. This is ideal for athletes who want accountability and reassurance without full coaching or personalised programming.

This Pack can also be used as follow-up support after an initial rehabilitation consultation.

Performance Pathway

£75 setup + £40/month (12-week min.)

A fully supported coaching option for committed athletes.

It includes a personalised strength & conditioning program, weekly/monthly fine-tuning, and ongoing progression aligned with your competition schedule.

Athletes receive continuous access to support with game-film review used to inform technical focus, movement efficiency, and training priorities. Designed for long-term development, this pathway requires consistent communication and a minimum 12-week commitment.
